Enjoy all-you-can-drink Sangria while learning how to make classic Beef Meatballs, Spinach Risotto with Salmon Puttanesca, meat Lasagna, Limoncello, and Zeppole.

    • Brunch, Italian style. The day's menu will feature roasted Portobello mushrooms stuffed with poached eggs served under a Black Truffle sauce. Fettuccine A La Carbonara, all beef Nepoletan Meatballs, Ricotta stuffed Zeppole, and all-you-can-drink Mimosas!

Learn to make your own pasta and cook authentic, family-style Italian food - like the Al Volo chefs! Quickly build your confidence, explore customizing a recipe to suite your own taste, and learn to express your creativity through cooking & pasta. In small, intimate classes of 16 or fewer, you will meet new friends, learn how to make your own pasta, prepare traditional Italian food, discuss wine pairing and more.

Once a year, Al Volo organizes a food & wine tour of italy. We rent a lovely villa and visit wine-makers during the day, with cooking classes at night back at the villa.
