Join chefs Daniele and Matteo as they take you on a fun journey through Tuscany while cooking some of the region's most famous recipes along the way. Enjoy all-you-can-drink Sangria while learning how to make taleggio stuffed mushrooms with winter black truffle sauce, homemade ravioli with braised beef short ribs complimented by a red wine sauce, potato gnocchi with “cacio e pepe”, and biscotti with chocolate amaretto sauce.

Brunch in Venetian style. The day's menu will feature seafood risotto fritters served with parsley lemon aioli, spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese ravioli, butternut squash gnocchi with taleggio fonduta & frittole - the traditional chocolate venetian doughnut. Complimentary white sangria!

Learn to make your own pasta and cook authentic, family-style Italian food - like the Al Volo chefs! Quickly build your confidence, explore customizing a recipe to suite your own taste, and learn to express your creativity through cooking & pasta. In small, intimate classes of 16 or fewer, you will meet new friends, learn how to make your own pasta, prepare traditional Italian food, discuss wine pairing and more.
Once a year, Al Volo organizes a food & wine tour of italy. We rent a lovely villa and visit wine-makers during the day, with cooking classes at night back at the villa.
